Jamulus is free sofware that allows musicians to collaborate in real-time over the internet. It works quite well, depending on how close the user are gographically.
Jamulus consists of servers and clients.
In the diagram at the right, in the center we see a server out in the internet cloud. This server provides a "room" where people can enter, and play together.
Connected to this server, like spokes in a wheel, we see multiple musicians. These clients. These people use the Jamulus client software to connect to the Server.
right now, out on the internest, there are over 200 Jamulus server "rooms." KalamaJam hosts several of these.

Candid Antics
Candid Antics is a six-piece jazz fusion band from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Coining the term “party-fusion”, their music draws from the traditions of the golden era of fusion and brings it into the modern age with unparralleled energy. The band formed organically through the jam/open mic scene in Grand Rapids. After playing together without structure for almost a year, they finally called upon each other to start something more official and the six founding members began the candid journey. Playing their first show January of 2023, they haven’t looked back as they began gaining local popularity and eventually nationwide recognition. Currently their debut album “Sounds Like Music” is their most recent publication with plans for many more on the way.
