In the diagram at the right, in the center we see a server out in the internet cloud. This server provides a "room" where people can enter, and play together.
Connected to this server, like spokes in a wheel, we see multiple musicians. These clients. These people use the Jamulus client software to connect to the Server.

Krystal and Jeb Gast, founders of Jerico, are hosting an Open House as the kickoff for the 2025 Sounds of the Zoo free music festival. Sounds of the Zoo is a multicultural music festival and symposium that seeks to empower and unite artists, industry professionals and music lovers from around the world. Jerico is a community of creative entrepreneurs, makers, and artists founded 14 years ago by Krystal and Jeb. Located in three historic buildings at the industrial edge of the Edison neighborhood in Kalamazoo, MI, the community is home to 23 shared and individual studio spaces currently occupied by a broad range of creative operations, including fine artist studios, an industrial design agency, video and music production studios, a rentable photography studio, coffee shop, yoga studio, tattoo shop and more.
