As a mobile restaurant, we can prepare pizza on site with the freshest ingredients. Pizzas made from scratch with Italian herbs fused into the dough. Pizza is hand tossed and covered in our awesome sauce sweet Italian garlic blend. Toppings are fresh, locally grown, & thinly sliced. Pizzas are cooked in a 900F wood fired oven using a blend of apple, cherry & oak wood that creates an unmatched crispy crust within 2 minutes.
